I wasn't able to post last week so I am including four posts this week. I wanted to include this one because of the great hues. This was an employee at a Moroccan restaurant and I asked her if I could take some shots of her because she was striking! She is showing a tagine pot, used for cooking. The cover is designed to promote the return of all condensation to the bottom. With the cover removed, the base can be taken to the table for serving.
