Since I had to miss the field trip to go to my son's wrestling tournament, I had to find my motion there... not too hard in a gym full of wrestling. This throw had some nice motion in it, but I'm not fond of the wrestler in the background with his hands... well, you can see for yourself! If I had time I would clone him out!
